Refunds & Late Joiners Policy

Being a non-profit organisation we work hard to make sure that the membership fees and extra costs are calculated in an equal, fair and reasonable manor to facilitate the Tzofim's activities. We want to ensure that all the parents pay with confidence that their money is in good hands and that in the case of refund, this is done accordingly.

Parents are required to pay the full yearly amount by February 1st.

This is so that:

  • We have the necessary cash flow for some of our costs that are paid in advance (such as room hire, security and insurance)

  • As the tasks of registration and payments is done by our volunteering parents (the chapter head & treasurer), to make these tasks easier, we wish to avoid collecting fees throughout the year from people who come on a regular basis.



Each member of Tzofim is entitled to cancel their membership at any moment before 30/3/2022, providing they have done so in writing via email to the chapter's head.

Following this notification, members who paid for the year in advance will be issued a refund. This will be calculated based on the amount paid minus the time left in the year that will not be used (note that the 15% discount will be revoked).
