In A Few Words...
Israeli Scouts Western Europe (ISWE) is an independent UK-registered charity operating across Europe in close partnership with the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel (Tzofim) and as part of the global Tzofim Olami network.
With 15 active Shvatim (chapters) and activity hubs (Kasharim Centres) across major European cities; including London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, Lisbon, Limassol and Athens, and more than 1,000 participants engaged in weekly activities, ISWE provides Jewish and Israeli-background families living in Europe with a meaningful connection to Jewish identity, Hebrew culture, Israel, and one another.
The Israeli Scouts (Tzofim) is the largest youth movement in Israel, which involves thousands of teenagers in Israel and around the world. Its programme gives the opportunity for every child and teenager to gain leadership skills and to integrate and take a meaningful part in the Israeli society and the Jewish communities around the world.
Garin Tzabar is a programme for young Diaspora Jews and children of Israelis, who choose to immigrate to Israel and serve in the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).
